Outdoor Queensland Awards 2021

On October 29th the winners for the 2021 Outdoor Queensland Awards were announced. Formerly known as the Queensland Outdoor Recreation Awards, the Outdoors Queensland Awards recognises and rewards excellence in the outdoors community, and we were so chuffed to have our ClimbingQTs president Riley Edwards asked to be the special guest speaker for this event! 

Riley spoke about ClimbingQTs’ aim to bring the message of inclusive trans and queer friendly climbing spaces and events to Queensland, and to promote understanding of the LGBTQ+ climbing community – a message relevant to all activities in the outdoors.
