When you signed up for your 2026 membership on TidyHQ, you were asked if you would like to be a voting member. You can check your voting member status by following these steps:
Login to your account via ClimbingQTs.tidyHQ.com
Click on your initials in the top right corner
Select “Contact Profile” and scroll down to the Custom Fields section at the bottom of the page
If you are a voting member, we do have some requirements about attending the AGM and being able to vote with us as part of our legal obligations.
If you're planning to attend, please register using the link above. We need a minimum of 12 members/proxies (10% of our total voting membership) in attendance in order to have a valid AGM.
If you can't make it on the day, please send us a Proxy Voting Form for someone who can attend to help us ensure our association stays within its legal obligations.
