We’re so excited to announce that we’re bringing another ropes event to you with our friends at Elevate Climbing Villawood!
Join us on the 2nd Thursday of every month for a fun time to socialise with other queer people, give rope climbing a go, and have some good food during the night!
If you’re capable of lead climbing, you will also have the opportunity to work with the amazing coach April, on improving and training your rope climbing skills 🧗
🍄 What to bring: A drink bottle and a snack because climbing is hungry work! (or if you have them, bring your ropes, safety harness and belay device!)
Skill level: Beginner (no experience necessary) to Crusher (those experienced in top rope or lead climbing), and every one in between! Never tried rock climbing before? No worries, this is the event for you and a way to give it a go.
💸 Cost: $16 entry including harness and shoes for ClimbingQTs members (plus a $4 signup fee for first timers)

What to wear: Active wear, anything comfortable however jewellery is discouraged for injury prevention. Please speak with a climbing mentor for guidance if you are unsure and your accessory is important to your gender presentation.
